I would like to minimize clicking the program window to be hidden in the taskbar instead of system tray as now happens for Windows 7. Thanks and sorry for my bad English!

Yes you are right that is not ideal for W7.
You can turn it off by not creating a tray icon in Settings->General->Show but of
course that is not really a solution.
So a new setting will be added in the next release to control minimizing to the system tray.
